Tool number 29, the new LinkedIn group analytics
Posted by Helen Tonetti
LinkedIn has launched its new statistics dashboard that will provide you with information and analytics into every group within the social network, focussing on three areas: growth of the group, demographics, and activity.
Why is this important, well it demonstrates the level of seniority of the people in the group, the function/role of their job, their location, and type of industry of the various people within the group. This allows you to see which groups are worth joining or engaging with.
To find the dashboard, simply visit one of your groups or search for a new one via the group directory and click the Group Statistics box on the right-hand side of group homepage.
