How Clean is your Toilet?
I read a wonderful article yesterday by Seth Godin, he spoke about the clean toilets at Disney, how they don’t charge you for the toilets, they keep them clean, so you s a customer are happy and have one more reason to return. They do it because they care.
He said we all have public toilets to keep clean, the stuff we do that isn’t billable right now, but in the long term shows that we care about customers.
It made me think, do I keep my toilets clean, or do I have barriers that will stop clients returning. Do you? And what represents your public toilets.
