A brilliant example of how to handle negative feedback on facebook
I am doing a load of research into handling and managing negative comments, as this is an issue many of the larger , more conservative organisations have an issue with.
I came across this really fantastic post, now it won’t suit everyone, but I think a sense of humour is always a winning formula…
A facebook user posted a very funny rant on Bodyforms Facebook page in October last year, (Bodyform make feminine hygiene products) and the outburst got a fantastic video response from Bodyform.
