I came across this on Click news, a tool to make your presentations very interesting, it does take a bit of work, but this is a nice tool.

Prezi is a cloud-based presentation software that opens up a new world between whiteboards and slides. The zoomable canvas makes it fun to explore ideas and the connections between them. The result: visually captivating presentations that lead your audience down a path of discovery.

Like Slideshare there is a free option, that means all your work you add is public, to create private presentations to share with a select group, you need to be a paid member.
